Suggested Use:
Take a total daily serving of one (1) tablespoon (15 mL) of Super L-Carnitine liquid for every 45 kg (100 lbs) of body weight. For optimal results, take 1/2 of the total daily serving before workouts and 1/2 after workouts.
Super L-Carnitine formula may be used in combination with other lipotropic formulas as desired.
