We wanted to bring you a treat during any stressful time. Here is our favorite cookie smoothie recipe! The ingredients you will need for this recipe are:
One scoop of the California Fitness Whey Protein Powder in the flavor Dutch Chocolate
Two scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream (or any flavor)
6-8 Oreo cookies (or any cookie you have available)
1/2 cup of milk, milk substitute or water
Ice to your liking
