Now that school is officially out, we are starting with summer with a bang!
Nothing reminds us of the tropical island beach getaway that we've never been on more than a coconut! Here are the ingredients you will need for this island inspired smoothie:
One scoop of the California Fitness Whey Protein Powder in the flavor Vanilla Creme
1/2 cup of coconut milk (or milk/milk substitute)
One frozen banana
2 tbs of shredded coconut
Ice to your liking
