With the holidays right around the corner, it can be tempting to eat every delicious treat in site! Well, what if I told you that I have a sweet smoothie recipe that will curb your urge to eat an entire pumpkin pie? Introducing the Pumpkin Spice Smoothie! The ingredients for this sweater weather smoothie are:

  1. One scoop of the California Fitness Whey Protein Powder in the flavor Vanilla Creme

  2. 1/2 of a frozen banana

  3. One date

  4. 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice (or cinnamon)

  5. 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

  6. 1/2 cup of almond milk (or milk)

  7. 1/2 cup of ice
